Add just the right touch of tartan splash to any outfit with this elegant women’s mini sash rosette.  This garment is meant to be fastened at the upper chest with a pin and worn over the shoulder, allowing it to drape down the back.  Perfect to wear with a Scottish traditional dancing outfit, at a Ceilidh or to a Burns Night.  The mini sash rosette also looks great when paired with a matching kilted skirt.
